Empowering at-risk youth through tutoring, mentoring and faith-building

New Horizons is a non-profit organization dedicated to helping at-risk children and teens who are growing up in an environment of poverty, academic failure and hopelessness.  From its humble beginnings with 20 children in 2002, New Horizons currently reaches almost 700 children and teens at 12 locations in Naples, Bonita Springs, Estero and Fort Myers; providing over 200,000 hours of after school tutoring and mentoring annually at no cost to their families.  Core values of honesty, integrity, and personal responsibility are emphasized in daily character education lessons. New Horizons provides the most vulnerable members of our community with the opportunity to choose a different course for their lives through our seven programs listed above.  We hope you will get to know more about us as you browse through our website.  Be sure to contact us for further information, a tour, volunteering or the many others ways you too can be a part of changing a life forever!
